An analysis just for you of how both personalities interact and how to best navigate it.

Group Reports:

Factoring in all personalities and context, a report built for how you should engage with the group.

"Coaching" Reports:

If the relationship type falls under the "Coaching" category, once accepted, the coach gets specialized reports designed to facilitate their coaching of that individual.

So we built just that, tools designed for all these Coaches to enhance their ability to best support their clients. Simply send a coaching request and once accepted, all the tools will be available for them. All your coaching functionality works whether your clients or members have an active subscription or not. If you wish, you can cover client or member seats as part of your program so they get full access without payment friction.

Relationships

Transform every interaction

Your Relationships are directly tied to your impact, success, happiness, fulfillment, etc. They are often considered the most important thing in life, yet because every one of them is so different, no solution like this has ever existed.

Add from your organization or enter their email. When you invite someone, they are sent a free trial, or you can add them to your subscription. After they onboard, none of your functionality is dependent on their subscription status. Said relationship will be added to your sidebar, think of this is your perspective of the relationship. Any output, any context you add, message you write, is only visible to you.

Relationship Types:

Personos changes based on the relationship type, whether one of the many coaching-specific types, co-worker, peer, friend, family, etc. Any output related to that relationship will be specifically for your unique dynamic.

Relationship Memory:

Relationship-level memory captures things like dynamics, boundaries, what works with that person, and more so guidance stays grounded in your real history together.

Custom Context:

Just as with personal context, you're able to add additional context for each relationship. Fields are dynamic based on type and will be factored into every output.
